Q: Does Suga's require reservations?
A: No, we are happy to take walk-ins, but do recommend reservations (especially weekends).
Q: Where is Suga's located?
A: We are located at the corner of Park St. and Bowie St. in Downtown Beaumont.
Q: Does Suga's have a dress code?
A: No! Suga's welcomes all guests as they are. We are an upscale casual restaurant, dress as you normally would.
Q: Is there Live Entertainment on weekends?
A: Suga's has a piano player in our dining room on Fridays and Saturdays, but the Jazz Bar is also our catering facility, so when a private party is booked, no entertainment will be in our Jazz Bar. Click on this link to get to our calender page of upcoming events and artists
Q: Is there a cover charge?
A: When Live Entertainment is booked, there is a cover charge for guests. The cover varies from band to band, anywhere from $5-$25.
Q: What was at the location before Suga's?
A: The building was built in 1914 and named the Coale Building. The last residents were a insurance agent and printing press.
Q: Where do we park when we come to Suga's?
A: After 4:00pm the parking lots around the building are free, during lunch we have parking adjacent to the building along the Park St. side.
